Forschungs- und Innovationsmanagment: In meiner Arbeit erforsche und berate ich das Aufeinandertreffen von Kunst, Technologie und Wissenschaft in unterschiedlichen organisationalen Kontexten, von Forschung & Entwicklung in Unternehmen, in wissenschaftlichen Organisationen wie Universitäten und anderen Forschungseinrichtungen und Kulturinstitutionen bis hin zur Kunstproduktion und (Aus)Bildung (STEAM bzw. Kunst in MINT-Fächern). Themenschwerpunkte sind dabei Innovation in Technologie und Wissenschaft, künstlerische Prozesse, persönliche Entwicklung von Fähigkeiten, Reflexionsprozessen und unterschiedlichen Arten von Wissen durch das Aufeinandertreffen unterschiedlicher Disziplinen sowie organisationale Prozesse und der Beitrag von künstlerischen Interventionen in Organisationen. Aus diesem Blickwinkel sind auch Forschung und Beratung anderer "Wirkungen" der Kunst in derartigen interdisziplinären Situationen zwischen Kunst, Technologie und Wissenschaft wesentlicher Bestandteil meiner Arbeit: Beiträge zu Public Engagement, Wissenstransfer, Empowerment, Literacy, Exploration und Umgang mit neuen Technologien, Digitalisierung, Veränderungsprozessen.
