Empowering Women in Aerospace - Austria Launch Event
Women in Aerospace Austria is pleased to announce its official launch event, "Empowering Women in Aerospace," scheduled for November 6th at the Ministry for Climate Action. This significant occasion celebrates the establishment of WIA Austria as a dynamic platform committed to promoting gender diversity and inclusion within the space industry.
Women in Aerospace- Austria (WIA-Austria) has been created in 2023. WIA-Austria is planning a launch event, which aims to provide some fresh inputs to the “gender equality” debate and act as a source of inspiration and empowerment for young and talented women, spotlighting the leadership of women in the space domain.
This is an in-person event, and it will take place on Monday, November 6th, 2023 in collaboration with BMK, at Radetzkystraße 2, 1030 Vienna (doors open at 18:30).
The welcoming remarks and inspirational speech will then be followed by an in-person networking gathering with fingerfood and drinks until 22:00.
